Hello! I am seeking a female flatmate to move into the second bedroom in my two bed Hackney flat in The Textile Building (the old Burberry factory!)
We would share the gorgeous living room/kitchen as the communal space. The spacious family bathroom (positioned directly opposite the second bedroom) would be primarily yours as I have an ensuite attached to my room.
Flat itself is in a great location, right next to Mare street and Hackney Central station. I LOVE it here.
Currently only considering people for short term lets, maximum 6 month tenancy (to begin with at least).
Looking for someone fun/sociable who can also be respectful of each other’s space and privacy, contributing equally to keeping the flat clean & tidy. Preference for a professional with a 9-5 (I’m an actress so will regularly need windows of time to self tape in the living room during the day).
