Female Houseshare in beautiful Hackney Flat

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in our 3-bedroom maisonette flat in Hackney Central, E9.
You’ll be joining two great housemates in a female-only flat.

A good-sized double bedroom is available for £950 per month, for single occupancy on a long-term basis. The room is available from now but with a flexible move in date (no later than September 10th). It’s peaceful and bright, overlooking a green courtyard away from the road, with plenty of built-in storage.

The room currently comes unfurnished, although I’m happy to discuss leaving or selling a few items if that’s of interest. The desk, chair and bed are unfortunately not for sale.

Bills are approximately £100 per month. The existing tenants are also considering hiring a regular cleaner for the communal areas, which would be an additional shared cost if agreed.
We’re looking for someone in their mid-30s to early 40s who is in full-time employment. The agency will require a standard reference check.

The flat itself is in great condition, with the upstairs carpets, laminate flooring, paintwork and kitchen all having been updated within the last 3.5 years. There’s a large kitchen and living room with a balcony.

The area:
You’re just 10 minutes from both London Fields and Victoria Park, with an amazing range of cafés, bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. There are also large supermarkets (Lidl and Tesco) and organic food shops nearby.

Who you’ll be living with:
You’ll be sharing with two women in their thirties (36 and 38). One is pursuing a Master’s in Philosophy and works at an art gallery, while the other works in Professional Services at a university. They're both sociable, open-minded, respectful and clean, with interests mostly revolving around creativity, mindfulness and wellbeing.

We’re looking for someone who's also calm, considerate and happy to share a home with a community feel, while also respecting each other’s space and downtime. Both housemates are sober, so it's definitely not a party house (non-smokers only).
