Tenant would be responsible for all bills including wifi. We pay the service charge.

We used to live in the flat and have rented it for several years now. We like tenants who will stay a while, ideally a few years, and will take a bit of responsibility for organising repairs (though of course we pay for them); this is why we keep the rent below the market rate.
