Beautiful furnished flat in Hackney – 3 weeks only

We’re looking for someone to sublet our fully furnished flat in Hackney for 3 weeks while we’re away.

The flat is our home, so it’s fully set up for comfortable day-to-day living and would be ideal for someone looking for a short-term London base rather than having to move into an empty rental.

About the flat
The flat has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen. It comes fully furnished, with everything you’d need for a month-long stay, including washer/dryer/dishwasher/TV etc.

Location & transport
We’re based in Hackney, in a great location for getting around East and Central London. The nearest stations are London Overground (6min walk) with easy connections to Liverpool Street / Central London.

There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and local amenities within walking distance, and we’re close to London Fields / Victoria Park / Broadway Market / Hackney Central etc.

Who you’ll be living with
You’ll have the entire flat to yourself for the duration of the stay — there are no other housemates.

Available from 4 Sept to 30 Sept only.

Rent: £825 per week, including bills.
Deposit: £825

As this is our own home and we’ll be returning afterwards, we’re looking for someone who will treat the space with care.
