Surrounded by supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars, parks, nail salons, hair salons, gyms, tennis courts, a theatre, a library, a cinema, a swimming pool… you name it, Hackney’s got it!

We’re on a quiet, tree-lined street with no through traffic. There’s a communal garden with locked bike storage.

The room comes partly furnished with a bed, built in shelves and optional mirror & clothes rail. All bills are included including cleaning products and a loo roll subscription so no running out.

The large living/dining room is lovely and bright with two south facing windows perfect for plants and the kitchen’s very well equipped - but no dishwasher, sorry!

Note that the flat is on the second floor with no lift so unfortunately it’s not accessible.
