Room for rent in excellent London Fields Flat!

I’m looking to fill my current room with a new tenants as I’m on the hunt for a new flat.

The room is a good size, comes with a built in wardrobe, plenty of room for a double bed and desk, 2 great windows (which catch some lovely afternoon sun).

The property comes unfurnished but I’d consider selling some of my existing furniture to the new tenant for ease.

The flat is 4 bed, 1 bathroom with a separate W/C. The kitchen is finished to a good standard, and flows through to an open plan living area and a small balcony.

Our current landlord lives close by and has been super helpful if ever we’ve had any issues (including a brand new oven and new black out curtains).

The area is absolutely perfect, Victoria park is a stones throw away and we’re right by London fields and all that East London has to offer. There’s also a Lidl just over the road which is great for food shops.

The rent for the room is £875 (although the landlord is likely to review the rent which would increase c.£60 to around £935). It’s a really great price for the flat and the area.

You’ll be living with 3 females, all of which are lovely to live with. They’re ideally looking for someone who’s lived in shared housing before and who’ll be able to fit into the house easily.
