Unreal flat by Broadway Market

Hello! I am advertising a beautiful sunny room in my amazing apartment. The flat has great light, very comfortable living space, a nice balcony, and the location really couldn't be better. We are a 10min walk from broadway market, victoria park, and columbia road (basically opposite haggerston park and hackney city farm). There is lots to do in the area and it is amazingly walkable.

My flatmate is sadly moving out as he just got a job in San Francisco. A bit about me: I am a 29 year old AI engineer who was working for Meta, but I am about to start a new gig. I am a very active person, and I run and exercise multiple times a week, and normally do 1/2 big hiking trips a year. I'm also a very arty person, I enjoy creative writing and I am obsessed with movies and music. I am looking for a young professional to take the room, hopefully someone I get on with and would be down for a pint every now and then but has their own social life.
