Description
We’re looking for someone to join our flat in one of the best parts of East London, just off Broadway Market and moments from London Fields.
### About the flat
The flat has a good-sized shared kitchen and living space, with:
- Gas hob/stove
- Dishwasher
- Plenty of shared kitchen space
- Unfurnished bedroom, so you can make the room your own
- All bills included in the monthly rent
- Lidl close by for the essentials
We keep the flat clean and tidy and are looking for someone who wants the same.
### The area
The location is probably one of the best things about the flat.
We’re just off Broadway Market, with its independent cafés, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, shops and weekend market practically on the doorstep.
**London Fields** is right nearby for running, walking, meeting friends or just getting outside, while **Regent’s Canal** is at the other end of Broadway Market and is great for walking or cycling through East London.
**Victoria Park** is also nearby, with loads of green space, football pitches, tennis courts, cafés and an outdoor gym.
For getting around London, London Fields Overground is the nearest station, with Cambridge Heath also nearby, and Bethnal Green Underground (Central line) is around a 15-minute walk from Broadway Market.
You're also well placed for Hackney, Bethnal Green, Dalston and Shoreditch, while still having plenty of parks and outdoor space around you.
It's a really good balance: loads going on when you want it, but you can still get away from the busier parts of central London.
### Who you'll be living with
You'll be sharing with Will (British) and Alessandro (British/Italian), both working professionals.
We're fairly relaxed and sociable and are into football, cooking, reading, music and the occasional beer together on a Friday night.
We're not looking for a permanent party flat, but equally don't want somewhere where everyone disappears into their bedroom. Ideally we'd find someone who enjoys having a chat, cooking together occasionally or going for a pint, while still respecting everyone's own space.
### Who we're looking for
Ideally you're:
- 25+
- A working professional
- Male preferred
- Clean and tidy
- Respectful and easy to live with
- Sociable without wanting a party house
- Comfortable around dogs
And one final house rule:
No Spurs or Juventus fans.
We're joking. Mostly.
If you're interested, send us a message with a little bit about yourself, your age, what you do for work, what you're into outside work, when you're looking to move and, most importantly, which football team you support.
