The flat is a lovely 1930s ex-council home with period features, wooden floors throughout and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. Each room comes with a bed, mattress and wardrobe, and there’s a shared living room with sofas, a kitchen with a table, and a bathroom with a separate toilet.

You’re around 10 minutes’ walk from Dalston and Hackney Central, with Stoke Newington, London Fields and Broadway Market also within easy reach. There are great cafés, pubs and queer venues nearby, plus Overground connections at Hackney Downs, Dalston Kingsland and Rectory Road.

You’ll be sharing with me. I’m a 30-year-old queer man working as a creative in fashion, and I’d ideally love to share with other LGBTQ+ people. It’s a laid-back, tidy home where we look after the communal spaces. I enjoy a film night, having friends over and the occasional night out, alongside quieter evenings during the week. I’d love to find people who enjoy a similar balance.

£808.49 p/m per person + bills of approximately £130 each per month, depending on the season.
