Double room with own bathroom in central Hackney

Hey! Looking for someone to take over from my housemate who is moving in with his girlfriend. The room gets loads of natural light and has direct access to a very large balcony and it has a private bathroom.

The room is unfurnished however, It will come with a with a double bed frame and a built in wardrobe that has plenty of storage. There’s also a good amount of floor space for a desk/work setup.

The flat itself is clean, comfortable and well looked after, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It’s ideal for someone working in London who wants a comfortable place to come home to, while still being well connected to everything the city has to offer. There is also a large Tesco Superstore 2 minutes walk away.

You’d be sharing with two other people. Myself, and one other. My other housemate is leaving the country so of course would want to make sure you have a say in who moves in instead of him.

About me, I’m Tom (29), like going out for dinner and drinks, cooking, wine, running, playing tennis and going to the gym. I like to keep a tidy flat but pretty chilled. Would be lovely to find a flatmate who I get on well with and wants to hang out socially as well.
