Our apartment is available for rent from 1 Jan - 30 April 2027! We are the owners and have loved living here since 2021. We are off travelling and hope to find someone who treats our flat like home.

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One bedroom doubles up as a home office with a standing desk, a large monitor and fibre broadband.

Our living room is south-facing and the balcony opens onto Hackney Downs so you have plenty of natural light and leafy views! We have a projector and screen set up for putting your feet up after a long day, and a PS5 to let off any steam!

We are in the heart of Hackney, just 10 minutes' walk from lively Dalston. Nearest transport links are Rectory Road, Hackney Downs (both are direct into Liverpool Street), Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction, as well as buses direct into Waterloo and London Bridge.

The apartment itself is modern and is on the second floor of a small block of 7 friendly neighbours. In the winter, it stays warm thanks to underfloor heating and good insulation.

There is also the option of looking after our lovely cat Moe for a discount on the rent, but we would also be happy to arrange care elsewhere if you are more dog people! At 10 years old, he spends the majority of his day asleep on the sofa so it's fair to say he's pretty low maintenance. Some cuddles and food are the way to his heart!

Rent includes all bills and a fortnightly 4-hour cleaner. The flat comes fully furnished.
