Hackney King Room Available

~915 per month, still figuring out the exact price because of a slight bill changes and moving some things around.
Bills come to ~100 a month
The room comes with a king size bed base, but you’ll need your own mattress. It’s the largest room in the house so definitely fits a desk and wardrobe easily.

The house is a large terrace house with a balcony and back courtyard. It is a 5min walk to Hackney Central and 8min walk to Hackney Downes stations, and is very well connected to the rest of Hackney by bus or foot.
You will be sharing with 4 other housemate.
Myself, Elle, 30 originally from Sydney and working in banking. Saira, 37 from London who is a GP. Theo, 30 from Ireland who works in theatre and sound production. And Adam, also 30 and originally from Canada.

We all get along and love a kitchen chat and the occasional dinner. We all have our own thing going on but come together to hang out, debrief and throw the odd party for birthdays / summer.

We’re definitely looking for someone to add to our house and have a laugh with. Not looking for someone to treat our home as a flat share and just be ships in the night.
