Hello! My boyfriend (30) and I (27) are an Aussie couple from Melbourne, looking for new housemates to join us in our flat near London Fields.

Location: London Fields, E8 – walking distance to London Fields, Hackney Central and Bethnal Green stations.

Room: Furnished double bedroom with your own bathroom (just outside the bedroom) in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath apartment. The room comes with a bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe and set of drawers.

Rent: £1,275 pcm + bills

Available: 30 November

Ideally looking for a couple, but open to singles too. We’re looking for someone long-term, subletting with the potential to join the lease. Ideally looking for working professionals who work hybrid or go into the office, rather than working from home full-time.

A bit about us: We’re both friendly, easygoing and social. I (Bella) work in the charity sector (and WFH 3 days a week), love Pilates, reading, travelling and trying new restaurants and wine bars. My boyfriend is an engineer who loves surfing, keeping active, travelling and a beer at the pub.

We’re pretty house-proud and enjoy having a clean, tidy home, so we’re looking for people who feel the same and are happy to share cleaning responsibilities.

We have a great network of friends here and love hosting dinners and having people over, but we'd also love to live with people who are up for hanging out (tv/movie nights- currently traitors!, pub visits etc etc) while also having their own thing going on.
