Homely environment.

The property is a 3 bed-roomed house. I spend time between UK and Africa. I need someone mature who can keep the houee well when i am away. As the principal council tax payer there will be no need for a lodger to register unless they want to.

The monthly costs is inclusive of all bills.

The nearest station is Homerton station 10-15 min walk or 4 mins by bus or Hackney Wick.

Amenities are, a steam shower, internet, Jacuzzi, the house has the largest proportion of green open spaces and canals in Zone 2.

I require a non smoker* and someone clean and tidy.

This is a long term let if required.
