We're looking for a laid back housemate (ideally a guy to keep the balance) to join us in our homely Victorian warehouse.

The space is 3, 200 sq. ft., eclectic, light and open plan. Located right by London Fields, Broadway Market and Mare Street in Enterprise House, a sought-after live/work building.

We have high ceilings and large original windows running along the whole space, flooding it with natural light. There are beautiful industrial features throughout giving the space real character.

Rent is inclusive of absolutely all bills and Council Tax. The available room is a double with exposed beams and high ceilings. Available on single occupancy only.

The shared space is huge and flooded with light. We have a generous lounge with comfy sofas and projector home cinema.

The kitchen is spacious and open plan with an adjacent dining area with a feature light and round table to seat 8 +.

Full central heating throughout, the space is nice and warm all year round.

About us:

We are three girls and two guys aged 28 - 37. We're all quite independent and have our own groups of friends but we would like somebody who would be up for joining in house meals, movies and drinks.

We've put a lot of work into making the space what it is and want a housemate who will treat it like a home. We are all clean and considerate and expect our new housemate to contribute.
