It is a quiet flat, I am looking for a lodger who doesn't have frequent visitors, it is not suitable for someone who has a girlfriend / boyfriend staying over.

Close to shops & transport, good transport to the city & central London, 2min to buses - 38, 30, 55, 56, 242, 253,, 394, 106, 388 etc..

10 min by train to City Liverpool St. Station from Hackney Downs overground also less than 10mins from Hackney Central to Highbury & Islington for tube connection

Not available for short term lets - 1 year minimum, would suit peaceful, clean, full time professional with regular daytime working hours, - not working from home... not suitable for students or teachers with long holiday periods

Please note the photos are from a while ago and there is now a small sofa and a chair - see the last photo which was taken more recently. There is also a small side table now instead of the white bedside table ...If my current flatmate moves out before the room is let then I will add some more up to date photos including the furniture

...It is a nice peaceful place to live but it won't suit everyone, I realise all my preferences will be off putting to many, I am trying to be clear about what I am looking for and what I think would work. Thank you - Madeline
