Double Room - Penthouse Apartment Textile Hackney

Hi!

Unfortunately our flatmate is moving abroad so we have a double bedroom available in our fantastic flat: a three bed, split-level, penthouse apartment in the new Textile Building in Hackney Central.

About the flat:
- Brand new - we are the first tenants to live in the flat
- High spec finish throughout, under-floor heating, wine cooler (this is our favourite thing in the flat), induction hob
- Split over 2 levels with 3 bathrooms; full bathroom to be shared with 1 other person
- Large balcony overlooking London
- Furnished double room (although the current flatmate may take the mattress)
- You will be living with two other girls: we are in our mid 30’s and working in fashion and media. We both lead busy lives and travel regularly and we like to keep the house tidy and quiet during the week.
- 860 / monthly rent + roughly 100 / monthly in bills
About the building:
- Concierge from Monday to Saturday and security during the weekend
- Garage for bicycles.
- 7min walk from Hackney Central station
- 2min walk from the giant Tesco
- Above the Burberry Outlet

We are looking for a professional woman around our age, someone fun but also respectful of others. We will be hosting viewings during the next two weeks, as ideally we would like to find someone by the end of the month. We are completely flexible with the moving date.
