The room is available anytime from mid-December until early March (and is pretty flexible). This is a short term let.

The new flatmate will be joining a flat that already has an internet connection / wifi, all bills set up and no furniture that needs to be bought.

This large double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat has two bathroom/showers so you'll have your own bathroom/shower. There's also has an additional study room.

The flat is minutes away from Bethnal Green, Cambridge Heath and Hoxton stations, and a brief walk away from Broadway Market, Columbia Flower Market and Brick Lane. A bus stop is virtually outside the property, with popular bus routes, including night buses coming to the area (8, N8, 55, 48, 26, N26).

The flat is a 2 bedroom 1000 sq ft property, is a split level Victorian conversion that was recently refurbished. It comes with a massive open plan living room/kitchen, good size bathroom (since the room is en-suite this bathroom/shower will be exclusively by you), an additional reading room, new oak floors, high ceilings, a wood-burning stove, fast hyperoptic internet (included in rent), an additional victorian fireplace, and two terraces. The property retains many of its beautiful Victorian features, including sash windows, as well as large skylights.
