Hello all,
One of our lovely housemates is sadly moving back to sunny Oz, so we're looking for replacements! We live in Enterprise House, a big warehouse-turned-flat building in Hackney.
The flat has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with big double showers and drencher shower heads), a large kitchen and communal living room. The layout is great, very communal, chilled and homely.
The larger bedroom is HUGE - loads of space! The rent is £780 a month and the deposit is £820. It's available from Saturday 10th November.
The bedroom comes unfurnished. Bills are around £80 per month, which includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
We are 2 guys and 1 girl working in web design, photography and mental health :-) We are very much into music, festivals, cooking, art, films on the projector, and having a communal, friendly living space.
The area is great - A 5 minute walk from Broadway Market / London Fields, and a 10 minute walk from Victoria Park / village and Columbia Road. There are loads of pubs, music venues, cafes etc close by. The building is also maintained well and the landlord is really nice.

PS - The deposit will be paid direct to the person moving out of the flat, not through the landlord. We do this to avoid expensive agency fees, and also to avoid giving the landlord any incentive to "review" the rent prices :-)
