Tues-Sat room

Hello! I am looking for a friendly, tidy person to rent my lovely spare room on a Tuesday to Saturday basis (Monday to Friday or other five day arrangements are possible). The flat is on the 11th and 12th floor of a modern building (built in 2009) and has wonderful views to Canary Wharf from one balcony and the London Eye.

I am happy with short or longer term lets and the flat is in a great location for anyone working at Homerton Hospital.

The flat is a two floor, fully furnished, cosy place, quiet and warm in winter. Your room would be on the top floor. The room is fully furnished with antique wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed, desk with shelves, lamps and beside table. There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen, fridge/ freezer and a large secure bike storage in the building. I can also provide bedding, towels, hairdryer for shorter term stays with a fee for cleaning.

The flat has a cosy lounge and dining area, a bathroom and downstairs toilet, two lovely balconies to enjoy a summer's evening's drink or coffee in the morning...

I work in the NHS and will continue to work from home on Mondays and Thursdays from the living room.

The flat is well-located, close to Hackney Central, right above the Burberry store, lots of pubs and restaurants, a big Tesco supermarket, the Hackney picture house, Broadway market both are close by and it is just 10 minutes walk from lots of green spaces, e. g Victoria Park and London Fields.

I love living in this area and have been living in the flat since 2009. I work and teach full time as a clinician in the NHS. I work long hours but enjoy relaxing at home and in the local area. I love cycling, cooking and enjoy meeting new people. I have a lovely, friendly young cat called Clarke.
