Room for a desk if needed. You would share access to the living room, kitchen, balcony, and the bathroom and toilet (separate). The kitchen is a good size with all you need - cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, etc.

Nice, quiet leafy East End street between Mare Street and Well Street, Hackney. 5-10 mins walk to Hackney Central /Homerton Overground; 5 mins to buses for west end etc. 5-10 mins to London Fields and Victoria Park, etc. Brilliant for access to Well St (2 mins to supermarket, great stores, bars etc). Very friendly, diverse neighbours and exciting, convenient place to live. Short walk to lovely parks etc..
