We have one beautiful double room becoming available in our converted warehouse near London Fields.

The tenancy will start from the 20th October 2025..
The rent is £1020 pcm. This includes all the bills and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

The room will be furnished inc double bed.

This is an excellent location...sitting pretty between London Fields\Broadway Market and Victoria Park.

We are 7 in total, ages ranging from late 20’s to early 30’s working in film, marketing, graphic design and healthcare.
Sorry, the room isn't available to couples.

Located in a fantastic area, just off Mare street among other warehouse conversions, studios and workshops... extremely lively, you really won't have to go far to find great food, music, cinema, galleries, theatre, bars, cafe's and restaurants.... all literally on your door step.
The warehouse sits right between London Fields and Victoria Park, full of people this time of year either walking, BBQing, exercising or dog walking.
