Loft Style Warehouse Conversion near London Fields

Large double bedroom next to London Fields in a converted hat factory. The flat is really spacious and bright with high ceilings and sunny all day. The location is five minutes walk from Broadway Market and London Fields park and overground station. Walking distance to Hackney Central and Victoria Park.

The apartment building has a communal court yard and the neighbours are really friendly. Great for hanging out during the summer!

You'll be sharing with one female housemate and a house cat called Mercutio. Cynthia works full time at a creative agency and likes to socialise and have dinner and drinks at the weekend. We like share the living area as much as possible but respect our own space at the same time.

We have created a very homely atmosphere over the past couple of years and like to make this a great place to come back to and chill with a glass of wine or two!! There's an open-plan kitchen and living/dining room that is bright and airy with wooden factory style floors. One shared bathroom which is nice and big and the bedroom is really quiet at night.

The bedroom itself is again really bright during the day with wooden floors and a high ceiling. Big enough to fit a double bed, wardrobe/clothes rail and even a desk.

Oh forgot to mention that we have a tiki bar where Mercutio will be able to fix you a fine cocktail on a Friday night ;)

Apart from really great transport links into town you'll walking distance to many of the excellent bars and restaurants that Hackney, Clapton and Bethnal Green have to offer. The park in the summer is like our back garden and we mainly frequent here when the sun is out (and take a few bottles with us).

Its a really great flat and I will be sorry to leave.. and Im sure you will love it as much as I have!
