Double room going in Hackney Wick, right by the canal.

Large double, fully furnished. Big double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and a large windows.

You'd be sharing the kitchen, living room and shower room with me. There's a garden too, having a bit of work done at the moment but already fine to sit out in.

About me: 30s, work in tech. Easy going and tidy, happy to have a chat or leave you to your own thing. Quiet house rather than a party house, but have mates round whenever you like.

I work from home most of the week, so ideally after someone who's out at work during the day.

Area:
- Canal is 30 seconds from the house (less tbh)
- Hackney Wick Overground about 10 minutes' walk, one stop to Stratford and straight through to Dalston and Highbury
- Olympic Park, Here East and Breakfast Club a few minutes away.
- CRATE, Howling Hops, Number 90 and Barge East for drinks.
- Hackney Marshes and Victoria Park close by
