The flat is a good size, split across two floors, with a open plan kitchen/dining area and living room. My room which you would be taking over has two sections, one with the bed, and the other where my wardrobes etc are currently but you could easily fit a desk.
There's also a good size bathroom and a separate toilet which is handy. The bedrooms are on the top floor.
The area is great, right on Hackney Road with all the wine bars nearby, 5 min walk to Broadway Market and just on Columbia Road flower market too.
I live with my flatmate Jono who is staying on, who is a great chilled and friendly New Zealander working in communications.
I'm moving back to Sweden hence why I'm leaving!
