E2 Double Room by Haggerston Park

Looking for a friendly person to replace our current flatmate who's moving out in December.

The flat is overlooking Haggerston Park and is super well located. Broadway Market, Regent’s Canal, London Fields, Columbia Flower Market, Dalston and Shoreditch all a short walk away! I’ve lived in the flat for 6 years, really love it, and want to find someone who will love it too. We’re a pretty calm household (not a party house), respectful of personal space, and we like to keep our home clean and tidy. I struggle with insomnia and am preferably looking for someone who doesn’t regularly have very early or late hours and is respectful about noise.

Natasha - 34 yo tattooer and ceramicist. I love art, books, music, and cooking. Pretty low-key as I am sober but love a good chat when you catch me, and like to make the flat feel homely. If its cool, my partner alex stays a couple times a month, he's a pretty good egg too.

Maria - I'm a pretty calm person, a bit of a homebody as I work from home, but I also love to explore London and attend fun workshops, and I'm slightly obsessed with the Barbican

The property contains three bedrooms, a kitchen with a little dining nook, and a modern bathroom. The bedroom we have available is facing Haggerston Park and has bright morning light coming in. It has a built-in wardrobe and an overhead cupboard. It comes with a desk, chair, drawers and an optional small table.

The rent is £763.88 per month, and our bills come up to around £110 per month. The earliest move-in date is December 12th, and we would ideally want someone to move before Christmas, preferably on the 20th.
