A calm home, 2 single occupant bedsitrooms. With own kitchenette bathroom. Situated on 1st floor..
There are two spacious rooms next to each other available now. same floor . To be rented individually Rent is per room for one person.. I am not looking for couples just 1 or 2 single occupant lodgers only on flexi lodger contract

near river gyms mall parks stations easy commute, everything very well located.
Would suit a considerate quiet person, per room
