Ensuite in Chiswick 1 min from tube

Hi, I’m Nirvana, a 37 year-old Egyptian journalist. I’m an easy-going and respectful person who enjoys a balance between socializing and having my own downtime. My lovely flatmate is unfortunately leaving our 2 bed 2 bath in Chiswick.

The location is amazing, 1 min walk to Stamfod Brook tube station on the district line. It's right by the junction of Chiswick high street and King road with both the river and hammersmith are with a walking distance. Infront of the building there is a boutique gym and 5 min away a yoga studio.

The flat is in a period conversion and the room is an ensuite with a small walk in closet. The rent currently is 1034 (but still waiting for a slight increase with the contract renewal). Bills are currently 153 each including council tax, electricity, gas, water and Internet. The flat is super cosy. I have been living here for 4 years and I really don't want to leave, hence looking for a new flatmate.

I keep the common areas clean and organized, and I value open communication to ensure a comfortable living environment. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, going to the gym, or exploring london. I’m looking for a flatmate who shares similar values and appreciates a relaxed, friendly home.
