Double room available, with an en-suite bathroom in a spacious 3-bedroom house inside a modern, gated new-build development. There is a key fob entry and a concierge on hand (great for peace of mind and for taking in your parcels).

There is a big, modern kitchen, a comfy living room, and a little outside space for BBQ and other activities. Two lads living here, both working full-time but keen to get someone else in who is chill and easy-going.

Location-wise, you’re in a great spot, and an easy 20 minute commute into the city:
• 5–10 min walk to Hammersmith Station (District, Piccadilly, H&C lines)
• 5–10 min walk to Goldhawk Road Station (H&C, Circle line)
• Loads of cafes, pubs, shops, and a big Tesco nearby
