Short sublet – Hammersmith, 1 Dec to 12 Jan

I'm heading back to home over the holidays, so I'm subletting my room for about 6 weeks while I'm away!

Great location right by Hammersmith station, with everything you need within walking distance. I was originally going to give up the room entirely, but it's genuinely hard to find something this good for the price, so I'm offering it as a short-term sublet instead.

Come as you are — I'm leaving most of my things here (happy to tidy them away if you'd prefer), so you're welcome to use pretty much everything. Just please keep things clean and treat the place with respect!

📍 Dates & Rent

Dates: 1 December – 12 January (41 nights / 42 days)

Rent (bills included):
- £35/night
- £950/month (with discount)
- £1,200 for the full period (with discount)
- Deposit: 1/4 of total rent

I'd prefer someone staying the full period, but happy to discuss a few extra days on either end.

📍 Location & Transport

- 4 min walk to Hammersmith station (District, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Piccadilly lines)
- 5 min walk to the Thames

Nearby: Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S, Lidl, Ikea, Primark, H&M, Pret, Starbucks, all 5–10 min away. Asian supermarket (Yohome) and a gym right across the street.

Heathrow: 45 min direct by tube
Hyde Park: 20 min by tube
Soho/Piccadilly Circus: 20 min by tube
Westminster: 30 min by tube

- Shared kitchen & bathroom with 1 flatmate(flat owner)
- Room includes: bed, desk & chair, monitor, mirror, drawers, hanging rail
- Kitchen: basic cookware, induction hob, oven, washing machine
- Personal heater & humidifier provided for winter

You're welcome to use most of my other things too if needed!

📍 Notes
- You'll share the kitchen and bathroom with my flatmate. Easygoing household, minimal contact unless it's something important.
- 4th floor, no lift. Happy to help carry bags up/down around my own travel dates.
