Double room in a lovely 2-bed flat in Hammersmith – available from late November

Hi! This is Sari and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our 2-bedroom flat on Shepherds Bush Road, Hammersmith, available from late November.

The flat is fully furnished and shared with just one other person, so it’s a relaxed and friendly home rather than a big house share. The room is a good sized double and the flat has a comfortable shared living space and kitchen.

The location is really convenient, with Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush both easily accessible, as well as plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés nearby. There are also excellent transport links, making it easy to get into central London.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, clean and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally someone who enjoys having a chat or occasionally doing something together, but also has their own life and is happy to give each other space when needed.

The flat would suit a young professional or someone with a similar lifestyle looking for a comfortable, well-connected place to live.

* Rent: £925 per month + bills
