The room is a spacious, fully furnished double bedroom in a clean, quiet, and welcoming home. It comes with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, and plenty of storage space. The desk, monitor, and office lamp currently in the room belong to my flatmate and can be purchased from her if you're working from home and would like a ready-made setup.
The flat is located in Hammersmith, with excellent transport links, including numerous bus routes and easy access to the District, Piccadilly, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines. You'll also be within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, cafés, gyms, and all the amenities Hammersmith has to offer.

A clean, responsible, and respectful professional who is looking for a place to call home. Non-smokers are preferred.
Availability
The room will be available in January 2027. The earliest move-in date is 10 January 2027, and the latest is 30 January 2027. My current flatmate is happy to be flexible where possible to accommodate the right tenant.
Landlord asks for reference check from openrent. once agreed , we will have a new contract with the landlord. And the prices might change slightly.
