Sunlit double bedroom in a happy relaxed home

Hello, We are professionals who have created a relaxed and happy home and are looking for a housemate to join us.

We have had such great memories in this stunning house.

The house has big rooms and lots of light. We have a garden that we take full advantage of in the summer, with barbacues and summer parties. We also grow things, so if you have a green thumb it's perfect.

The house is in a great area, right by a bus stop and within 8-10 min to hammersmith station. There are a bunch of supermarkets, bars and restaurants by our door stop as well as a few parks and the river is a 2 min walk away. It's 30 min to central London.

We have 2 bathrooms (both with showers and 1 with a bath), and an extra fifth bedroom that we use as a laundry room, a big lounge, a kitchen and a back alleyway that belongs to us and our neighbours. We have all the appliances you will need, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster etc

The bedroom is on the second floor, next to the barhroom, well lit, and partially furnished: King sized bed, bookshelf, wardrobe and plenty of in built storage.

We are: Ian- English actor and recuiter, mainly WFH, Rocio- Spanish architect WFH 1 day a week and Matt- Northern Irish architect.
This house has been a cosy, happy, friendly home, and we hope to continue that.

We are easy going, tidy and respectful of each other’s space. We hope to find someone who is respectful of others, tidy and good natured.
