Double bedroom in friendly houseshare

One of our housemates is sadly moving into another area of London, so we have a good sized double room available!

The availability date is mid February 2026, but there is some flexibility around this.
This will be the start of a brand new contract.
We have a great deal for the area due to building a good rapport with the landlord - in total we’ve been in the house for almost 8 years.

The room is a really good size with a double bed, built in wardrobe and a large window looking over the gardens. There’s also a lovely fireplace feature in the room.
The bathroom is shared between 3 but we all work different schedules so never any clashes :).

We’re 3 easygoing and friendly girls - Natalie works in Sports Broadcasting, Rachael works in IT and Esther in Commerce.
We’d love to find a similar-minded housemate who enjoys a chat/relaxing in front of the TV/summer bbqs...the usual!
Also looking for someone who is clean and tidy - we have a cleaning rota for the communal areas so we all do a big clean once a month each. Hopefully we can find someone who is respectful of keeping the communal space clean / changing bins / emptying the dishwasher etc.

The house has lots of space - a lovely sitting room and a big kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and dining table. Also a large (for London!) garden with a patio and astro grass lawn.

The walk to Hammersmith or Barons Court tube (Piccadilly & District Line) is around 15mins and there are regular buses from 5 mins away.
We’re also a couple of streets over from the river, so great running/walking/cycling routes!
