My flatmate is sadly moving out of London to go travelling, so I am looking to fill her double-bedroom end of November.

I myself am 30 year old Kiwi having been in London for 6 years and in this flat for 2 years now as I love it here. I work hybrid (few days office, few days from home), and looking for an easy going flatmate (no couples, no smokers).

The property is a 3rd floor flat with neutral décor. The room itself is very large, with natural sunlight, built in wardrobes and desk (rest of room is unfurnished). We have beautiful shared gated garden and free access to tennis courts.

The flat is ideally located within a 7min walking distance from West Kensington (District line) and 8min from Barons Court (Piccadilly line and District line) with bus routes only 5mins walk as well.

The property and tenancy are fully managed by Savills and will therefore require right to rent/ affordability checks. Please note this property is not suitable for students or tenants requiring a guarantor as it's a joint tenancy.
