Double Room available in Hammersmith

Hello,

I am a live-in landlord looking to replace my previous flatmate starting from end of April.

The room is double for one person occupancy only and fully furnished. No pets and no smokers. You would be sharing common spaces such as kitchen, bathroom and living room with myself.
The flat is a two bedroom located near Ravenscourt Park on a quiet street, in between Hammersmith (10min) and Chiswick (10min).

The flat is equipped with:
-Washing machine/Dryer
-Dishwasher
-Oven
-Storage room
-Bath/Shower
-Heated towel rail

The rental agreement would be for fixed term dates only for 6 months minimum with possibility of renewal.
Rent price does not include household bills such as wifi, water and energy. You would also have to pay your share of council tax.

I am a working professional who likes to keep to myself in my own home and respect others privacy. Ideally, you are also a full time working professional.
