I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely three-person flat in West Kensington.

The room is a comfortable double with plenty of space, and the flat itself is bright, spacious, and well maintained. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and even a guest room! It’s a great place to live, with a nice balance between having your own space and living with other people.

The flat is in a fantastic Fulham neighborhood, with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets nearby, as well as excellent transport links into Central London. West Kensington station is a 4-minute walk away, while Baron's Court is 10 and West Brompton is 14.

You’ll be sharing with two girls (a doctor and a theatre performer). They are very friendly, accommodating, and respectful.

I’m looking to move out in October, and the exact move-in date can be discussed. The room is available as a replacement on the existing tenancy, subject to landlord/agent approval and referencing. In the picture of the room. The room includes a built-in wardrobe and another large stand-up wardrobe. The bed, table, and side tables are mine. I can either take them with me or we can come up with a very affordable deal if you would like to buy them!

It is a very amazing flat. The only reason I'm leaving is because of a new job offer. Otherwise, I would never leave 🥺. The current tenancy ends on June 27, 2027, but the landlord has always been open to extension.
