Lovely room in an amazing Hammersmith location

A lovely room is available in a clean, friendly three-bedroom flat in a fantastic Hammersmith location, just a five-minute walk from Hammersmith station and three minutes from the River Thames.

I’m looking for someone to take the room for 6 months, from 28 October 2026, until the end of April 2027, when I’ll be moving back in.

The flat is on the second floor of a building with a lift. You would be sharing with two friendly women, aged 25 and 34. It is a calm, respectful home rather than a party flat, so we’re looking for a female professional or mature student who is clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. The room would suit someone who normally works outside the flat rather than WFH.

Bills: Typically £40 a month but may vary depending on the season.

The room also includes the large hallway wardrobe.
