Big, bright sunny room available for short-let

I’m renting out my big, bright sunny room from 13 Dec - 24 Feb in Fulham…huge amount of space and wardrobes, natural light streaming in from bay windows throughout the day, massive wooden work desk with fast WiFi for WFH. The mattress is a top quality orthopedic mattress, with mattress topper, and a goosedown duvet. Warm dim lighting for night time wind downs.

Quiet house/housemates that respect eachother a space, but are always up for interesting chats! No one is ever on top of eachother, and the young landlord actually travels heaps so he might not be staying much in the house (and he also has his own floor at the top of the house).

You’d have access to heaps of space in a separate fridge and lots of kitchen storage space. It s a shared bathroom, but 2 of the housemates shower often at the gym, and there’s never any hold up in the bathroom. There’s also a top quality. shower water filter.

The house is located right by the river which takes you straight to Hammersmith station, or to Putney the other way. Stunning parks dotted around the Neighbourhood. There’s a gym 3 minutes away that offers monthly memberships too.

Looking for someone to take the room for the 2 month period.
