1 double room will be available from the 1st of November in our flat, located right next to Hammersmith station.

Our lovely friend and flatmate is sadly moving home after 2.5 years and we’re looking for someone to take over the lease for the room.

The flat is located in a gorgeous mansion block right next to Hammersmith station with great transport links, and is a 5 minute walk away from the river, surrounded by lovely cafes, shops and pubs.

- 1 large bathroom with toilet and shower l, as well as an additional WC
- Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven with hob and all utensils etc provided
- Washing machine and tumble dryer
- Fully furnished lounge area with TV and fireplace

We are an all girls flat so preferably looking for another girl. We spend time together in the evenings having a catch up and sometimes grab a coffee on weekends but also love our own space and to do our own thing. We love to keep the flat clean and tidy and be considerate of each other.

Rent is around £958 PCM - WiFi and NOW TV are included with this, with other bills (gas & electric, council tax and water) equating to around £80/£90 on top.
