Double Room, Mansion Block (Queen's Club Gardens)

I'm currently looking for a new flatmate for a two-bedroom flat in a Victorian mansion block. The room is a double room, with a built-in wardrobe and space for a desk, while the flat has a spacious living room with an adjacent kitchen and a good size bathroom. As the flat is on the top floor, you won't have to deal with noise from upstairs neighbours or worry about the issues faced by ground floor or basement flats.

The flat (which is in Council Tax Band D) is based in Queen's Club Gardens, which has a communal garden square with access to tennis courts. For tennis fans, the flat is particularly well placed, as the famous Queen's tennis club is nearby, holding its tournament each summer. The flat's location is also very convenient for travel options, with West Kensington, Baron's Court, West Brompton and Earl's Court stations all within walking distance.

For a bit about me, I work as a security consultant, though work from home most days of the week. I'm fine with living with anyone who also works remotely, as my former flatmate did. In general, I'd say I'm looking for a flatmate who's conscientious and willing to keep the flat in good condition (though hopefully that applies to most people on this site!).
