Hi all, looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 2-bed flat in Queen’s Club Gardens, Fulham. I am going away travelling for 4 months so open to a 4 month let or happy to make it a permanent move!

The flat is such a lovely, bright and airy third-floor flat with lots of natural light. Located in the beautiful Queen’s Club Gardens, with access to private communal gardens and tennis courts.
You’ll be living with Lucie, a lovely, friendly PA.
The rent is £1325 per month + bills which vary but usually around £180-£200 per month which includes Sky TV, internet etc.
Ideally looking for someone friendly, tidy and easy-going to make themselves at home.
