The room is very bright and spacious, with high ceilings, original features and a lovely view. You will sleep soundly as it backs onto quiet gardens.
It is furnished with a double bed, luxury hemp mattress and antique desk. There is plenty of storage, including ceiling height built-in wardrobes and bookcase.
Excellent transport links, all under 10 mins’ walk. You can be in Central London in 30 mins, taking the Northern Line from Hampstead or Belsize Park. Hampstead Heath Overground is a fast connection to East/ West London, plus there are lots of convenient bus routes (24, 46, 268, C11).
This would suit a single professional who is tidy, respectful and looking for a quiet place to unwind. It is very much a home, rather than a crash pad. The boss of the house is a sociable mutt, a bonus for those who like dogs!
Rent includes all bills, TV license and fast broadband. A cleaner comes once a week to tidy communal areas, and other maintenance costs (gardener, window cleaner) are covered.
Ideally looking for someone planning to stay long-term, but open to shorter arrangements (at a premium). Can be flexible for the right person. Someone who has previously been a lodger, or is comfortable with the set up, would be preferred as I’m a live-in landlady.
