Your own private, fully tiled en‑suite shower room — compact yet beautifully finished and thoughtfully laid out — with quality fittings: shower, WC, hand basin, extractor fan, mains hot/cold water, and underfloor heating.

Kitchen & Living Room:
You’re welcome to use the kitchen at mealtimes (typically 8am–8pm). The adjoining living area also serves as the landlord’s workspace, so it’s a meal‑break area rather than a communal lounge. The kitchen is fitted with new, safety‑tested appliances — fridge, freezer, cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and dishwasher — and is well stocked with cookware, tableware, utensils and cutlery.
