The household is peaceful and friendly rather than a party house, and would particularly suit someone who enjoys having their own space and a calm home to return to after work.

Ideally I’m looking for someone who expects to stay for 12 months or longer. I’m happy to discuss an initial shorter agreement with the right person, but this would best suit someone genuinely looking for a long-term home rather than a short stay.
