Hey! I'm looking for a female flatmate to rent together and sign a new tenancy for 1 year, in the next few weeks.
I have lived in this flat for 2 years, my current flatmate is moving back to Australia. Landlord lives in the building and agreed new lease.

💷 Budget: £1100 monthly rent (ex. bills, see below) due on the 1st of each month.
📅 Move-in date: 01/12/26
🏠 Property: 2-bedroom flat, 1 bath, top floor, fully furnished, large wardrobe, 6 flats only in the building, new sofas, London city skyline view from kitchen
🚂 Tubes: walking distance to Finchley Road, Swiss Cottage, Belsize Park and Hampstead
🚌 Bus stop outside Flat
💡Bills: Water £25 pm, Council £112.50 pm, Wifi £15 pm, Gas & Elec £75 pm (costs are pp)

A little about me: 35 year old female, Australian. Works 9-5 Mon-Fri in cooperate hospitality, once a week WFH. Enjoys cooking and reading, spends weekends exploring London and playing tennis.

I'd love to find someone friendly, tidy, reliable and respectful who is in a similar position, with relevant ID, right to rent share code and ready to sign a lease.
