I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely, large furnished room in Hampstead, right by Hampstead Heath!

You’ll be sharing with two lovely 29-year-olds who work in publishing. They’re both very independent and often out and about but also occasionally down for a trip to one of the many local pubs.

There’s also a spare room that could be used as a home office, study or extra space to make your own – ideal if you work from home!

14-minute walk to Hampstead Heath Overground (Mildmay line)

Right by Hampstead Heath, perfect for walks, runs and getting out of the city

£150 per month for bills

You’ll be added to the tenancy agreement, with the new two-month notice rules applying. Standard reference checks by the management company would apply and need to be fulfilled.
