Art and books room at the heart of Hampstead

Lovely well sized room in Hampstead Village, two minutes walk from the Northern Line tube station and next to Tesco Express. All included, interesting companions, new washing machine, broadband etc. We are tolerant and respectful and we would expect the same from you. Full cooking facilities are at place, bedding is optional, plenty of books to read, excellent working conditions, friendly attitude and international visitors from time to time. I am an art collector and an independent filmmaker and my wife rans an art gallery in Highgate.
