Gorgeous Furnished double room in Golders Green / Hampstead – £1,400 Bills Included.

I’m looking for a flatmate to move into my gorgeous two-bedroom apartment on the cusp of Golders Green and Hampstead.

The room is £1,400 per month, bills included, and you’d also have your own massive private bathroom, as I have my own en-suite.

The bedroom also has private access to a huge balcony, which is fab for having your morning cuppa in the sun. There’s not much on the balcony at the moment, but I’d be totally open to someone wanting to invest in some balcony furniture, plants, etc. and really make it their own! (IT'S HUGE)

The location
I picked the property because it’s just minutes away from Golders Green station, with the Northern Line giving you quick and easy access to pretty much anywhere in London. It’s around 15–20 minutes to Euston and King’s Cross, and roughly 30–40 minutes to most of central London, so it’s incredibly handy. It's also just 10 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath. Great for runs, walks etc.

A little bit about me
I’m 31 female and currently single, and I have a fairly demanding career in showbiz and entertainment journalism. I work predominantly from home, making online videos about showbiz news (I do talk to camera and present) so this is something worth knowing before moving in!

I can work privately from my room, but you may still occasionally hear me talking/filming. I generally do work until 11pm most evenings.

I’m also out a couple of days/late evenings a week, as I attend quite a lot of movie screenings, showbiz events and premieres. Basically, I’m in the cinema A LOT! 😂

As a person, I’m pretty easygoing and easy to get along with. I’m bubbly and happy-go-lucky, and I’d love someone who occasionally wants to have a chat, catch up, grab dinner, watch something together, etc.

But at the same time, I’m definitely an extroverted introvert who loves my own space and the occasional full-on bed-rot day - lying in bed watching films and blocking out the rest of the world! So if your shy and just want to keep yourself to yourself that is fine too. I have that side to me.

I also like to keep fit, whether that’s going for runs or heading to the gym/Pilates classes.

Pets:
I have one cat called Pat, who is a very friendly British Shorthair. He gets along with everyone and doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body. He’s never so much as hissed or scratched anyone and will basically either try to befriend you in exchange for treats or happily let you do your own thing.

I’d potentially also be open to someone with a very well-behaved, friendly pet if I thought they’d blend well with Pat and get along. I’m a huge animal lover, as long as they’re well trained and friendly.

Who I’m looking for:
I’m open to all genders, jobs, personalities, etc. - as long as you’re a nice, chill person! And clean please.

My only real deal-breaker is that you need to be clean. I’m definitely not OCD, but I also don’t want to live in a complete mess. (Who does?!)

Overall, I’m looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and easygoing, and who wants a lovely friendly and happy home
