We're looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy professional to join our house share.

The room is situated on the upper floor of the house and benefits from large windows that let in plenty of natural light, making it a lovely, bright and airy space.

It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and table, with everything you need to feel at home.

**About the house**

We're a friendly, relaxed and respectful household who value a peaceful, comfortable living environment. We enjoy having our own space and downtime, but are equally happy to have a chat and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

This isn't a party house, so we're looking for someone who shares our appreciation for a calm and considerate home.

We're ideally looking for someone who:
